Frogmore Real Estate Partners LP
Frogmore Real Estate Partners (FREP) is a limited partnership sponsored by Frogmore Property Company Limited and established in 2006. The fund has been set up to generate superior risk adjusted returns from property investment throughout the UK in income producing assets with active asset management potential and redevelopment opportunities. By March 2008, the Fund had committed approximately £670m out of a total buying capacity of approximately £1bn.
